We’re already seeing artificial intelligence apps such as Google Lens (camera search) and Netflix (recommendation algorithms), but could app developers be doing more with machine learning and smartphone AI? Let us know your thoughts & get the survey report: https://grow.ac/ai_data

In this video, Bernardo takes a look at some of the most wanted AI functions and mobile technology that people want in their smartphones. A surprising amount of AI apps are already available. For example, translation technology was used during the World Cup in Russia in 2018, and future smartphones will be even more advanced, with artificial intelligence apps allowing people from around the world to converse in many different languages, without needing to spend enormous amounts of time and energy on learning them.

There’s also a huge opportunity for artificial intelligence apps to capitalise on the desire for self-improvement. Fitness apps are becoming more and more popular as people strive for self-improvement and look towards smartphone AI for assistance. Smartphones in 2019 might even be the perfect workout buddy, helping to design personalised fitness regimes, send notifications to get you up and moving and check your form as you exercise.

Smartphones are providing huge opportunities in AI for business, and over the next few years, you can expect to see artificial intelligence apps and smartphone AI shaping the future of mobile technology, especially as iPhone and Android AI compete to be at the forefront of smartphone technology.
