What inspired you to get involved in Cloud & 5G LIVE?

My passion for this topic stems from the fact that it brings my two worlds together: my past experience in the cellular industry working for Motorola and my current focus on cloud computing. Additionally, this convergence presents a significant opportunity for the industry and enables many use cases that were unthinkable just a few years ago.

Provide an overview of what your keynote will focus on?

I plan to cover a brief history of cloud computing and 5G as independent enablers. After this setup, I will delve into their convergence and the advancements it has enabled so far. I will then project what this convergence will mean for the next decade and what we can expect to see.

What do you hope to achieve through the event?

For me, this is a simple knowledge share and opportunity to connect with like-minded folks in the community

What emerging trends do you believe will shape the future of the cloud and 5G industry over the next decade?

Private 5G, edge computing, IoT, supply chain. These are the areas that will see major disruptions because of 5G and cloud.
