Razan Abdeen is a Human Resources Professional with 20 years’ experience in a broad range of HR domains, all of which has been with Orange, one of the world’s best-known international telecommunications companies.
Razan joined the company as Quality & HR business partner in 2005, becoming a Team Leader of quality & business processes 2 years later, before moving to the role of Organisation Development Manager in 2011, and then being promoted to Culture and People Development Director in July 2021.Her main experiences and achievements are in learning and development, HR strategic planning, talent management, performance management, competencies assessment, employee engagement, corporate culture, HR digital transformation, reward and recognition, career management and counselling, workforce planning, functional and efficiency analysis, and HR policies and processes development and re-engineering.
“My strengths lie in the ability to create and improve both the standards and quality of organisation development functions, processes, practices and achievements, as well as proven excellence in planning and achieving business objectives in line with the organisation’s strategic vision,” she said.
