T-Systems International CTO latest in Cloud & 5G LIVE lineup
The CTO of one of Europe’s leading IT service providers and suppliers of digital services will feature in both keynote and panel at the upcoming Cloud & 5G LIVE virtual event next month.
Richard Simon, CTO of T-Systems International - part of Deutsche Telekom - will take to the virtual stage not once but twice across the two-day event, first hosting the Cloud State Of Play: The Convergence Of Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and 5G keynote followed by being a panellist on The Cloud Leaders Forum alongside André Vieira, Operations Intelligence Offer Lead at Celfocus. The final panellist making up the trio of speakers will be announced in due course.
Despite there being less than two weeks to go to the highly anticipated event, more industry leaders are set to join the Cloud & 5G LIVE line up - forming panels and leading keynote and fireside chats.

Who is T-Systems International CTO Richard Simon?
With more than 33 years of IT industry experience, Simon has been working in various roles related to cloud computing over the last 15 years.
He joined T-Systems International in 2022 after acting as Co-Founder and CTO of MultiCloud Global, a start-up cloud native consultancy.
His extensive career across the industry has seen him work as Principal Consultant at digital transformation firm Contino, engaging on customer projects in the space of cloud, DevOps, digital transformation, cloud data management, cloud native security and AI/ML.
He has also worked for industry giants such as Lenovo as a Cloud Computing Consultant and as a Systems Management Consultant for IBM for more than 16 years.
Simon runs the YouTube channel, Cloud Therapist, and enjoys challenging his audience with thought-provoking concepts and topics.

Day one will cover the vast and ever-evolving subject of 5G, followed by cloud and sustainability across day two.
