During day two of SuiteWorld 2022, we saw the event begin in full force, with the opening keynote, a wide variety of workshops, lectures and round table discussions, and the launch of the Learning Lab.
The opening keynote
At this year’s event, NetSuite has hosted 5,200 in-person attendees, and an additional 8,800 attendees who have been tuning in online, through SuiteWorld On Air.
Another of the keynote’s key highlights was its pitch competition, in which three startups were invited to come to the stage, and sell their business to a panel of judges.
Ultimately, it was Chipper who took home the gold, as the winner of the judges’ and audience votes.
How to avoid ‘diversity burnout’ and create an environment of unconscious inclusivity
This highly informative inclusivity discussion was hosted by Devin Cobb, the Senior D&I Leader of Oracle NetSuite.
Cobb and the discussion panelists from NetSuite - Tyrell Garrow, Consulting Practice Director, Bec Vaughan, Director of Product Management, George Ploss, Accelerator Director, and Rheisha Shol, Business Development Manager - shared their insights into how workplaces can successfully achieve greater diversity in the recruitment process, while also creating a more supportive and inclusive working environment for their staff.
The NetSuite Learning Lab
Throughout SuiteWorld Day 2, the Learning Lab was open for workshops and hands-on learning. Highlights from the day’s agenda include ‘The first 90 days - taking the plunge into ERP’, and ‘Quick tips for the customer dashboard’.
Expert LCS education advisors have been working with customers, coming from every level of implementation. These advisors have been providing custom learning plans for each organisation, as well as offering interactive sessions on the LCS live stage, which include Q&As, demos and discussions, with a focus on how customers can get more out of the suite.
