Nathan Vautier has taken the reins at Freedom Fibre, a leading fibre broadband company, bringing with him more than 25 years of industry experience. He has been hailed as a forward-thinking and commercially astute CEO with an impressive track record of success within the competitive telco market, particularly within B2B, B2C, technology, electronics, SMEs and global corporate markets.
Nathan, who succeeds founder Neil McArthur, has previously held several senior leadership positions in the telecom sector, including at Ericsson, EE and Brightstar Corporation. He has also worked at board level across a range of different companies and has always presented a clear vision and influence, in addition to always being ready to engage stakeholders, customers, regulators and shareholders.
Commenting on his appointment, which was first announced in September 2024, Nathan said: “I am honoured to be joining Freedom Fibre at such an important stage of its journey. It is an important time in the industry and for the continued development of this critical UK infrastructure and Neil’s vision has laid a strong foundation.
“I look forward to working with the team to drive continued growth, build on the achievements so far and enhance the value we deliver to our customers.”
